Ensure that the absorption performance, softness, permeability and other key indicators of each sanitary napkin are highly consistent, improve the quality stability of the product, and reduce the quality fluctuation caused by the deviation of the ratio of raw materials.
Real-time calibration of production parameters: Using advanced sensors and automatic control systems, real-time monitoring of various parameters in the production process, including temperature, pressure, speed, etc. Once there is a small deviation in the parameters, the system automatically calibrates immediately to ensure the accurate execution of the production process.
